    畅泳


    今天傍晚,我独自一人来到学校的游泳池。
     
    这是我今年第一次在学校的大池里游泳。原本5月初开始的游泳计划,因为前一段时间的台风天气而被迫延迟至今。由于我很久没游"长距离"了,所以本次游泳的目的也只是随便游游,热热身,提高适应程度,再逐步恢复以前的"记录"。但没想到的是,自己竟然顺利地完成了十个来回 !!!
     
    意外……实在是意外……久疏战阵大半年的我,竟如此之快地重新找回了感觉!!!后来算了算时间,还不比以前游得慢呢(功力恢复啦~爽!)。只是游得比较吃力,毕竟很久没有那么大的运动量了。
     
    游完以后,我从游泳池慢慢地踱着回宿舍。一路上,拂面的微风、昏黄的路灯光芒,还有那悦耳的虫鸣之声,使人心旷神怡、留连往返。回想起一年前的这个时候的我,也是在游泳归来的路上,但那时的心情与现在相比,却有着天壤之别。

    游泳,的确是个好东西。它不但能锻炼身体,而且能让人暂时忘却所有的烦恼,重拾好心情。当你置身于水波荡漾的游泳池当中时,轻风、蓝天、远山、树木……还有池子里的帅哥美女,难道此时的你,还会感到有烦恼吗?!还有?!不会吧……没关系,游十个来回,所有烦恼都会被抛到九霄云外的……信不信由你,反正游完以后差点连自己姓什么都忘了……哈哈……
     
    总之,游泳给人带来了疲劳,也带来了好身体、好心情。

    恩,的确,运动能调节人的各项机能和心情,不只是游泳,还有很多运动啊,譬如跑步,打羽毛球,打网球,打壁球等等,也是一种很不错的发泄方式哦........
    有时候想做的时候就应该尽情去做自己想做的,那种感觉真好.........
